Terms and conditions


Important information.

1. Definitions

1.1

"Accompanying person" means the person or persons who follow all or part of the course with the pupil,

1.2

"Coach" means the person (s) employed by Little Kickers to teach the course. While every effort is made to maintain coaches consistency during the course, Little Kickers unreservedly retains the right to change the coaching staff as necessary,

 

1.3

"Courses" means the courses in which you participate or register,

 

1.4

"Registration form" means the online form relating to the registration of the student in the course, by the parent,

1.5

"Fees" means the monetary cost per course as specified on the registration form,

1.6

"Little Kickers" means the company or person with whom you have entered into this agreement; the title "Little Kickers" used in this material refers to the franchise running the Little Kickers course you are participating in or registering for and no other entity in the Little Kickers group,

 

1.7

"New Customers" refers to children of parents who are attending a Little Kickers class for the first time,

1.8

"Parent" means a parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for paying taxes and who is the contracting party to this contract,

1.9

"Premises" means the place where the course takes place,

1.10

"Student" means the child who follows the course and whose contact details are specified by the parent or the person in charge of it on the registration form,

1.11

"Terms" means the terms and conditions set forth herein and any special terms and conditions agreed to in writing by Little Kickers and the parent,

1.12

"Copywriting" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "writing" in these terms, it includes emails.


2. Acceptance of terms and conditions


2.1

Please read these conditions carefully before booking our courses. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide lessons to you, how you and we can change or terminate the contract what to do in the event of a problem and other important information. 


2.2

Anyone wishing to take a Little Kickers course must agree to the terms and conditions set out below. The terms have been accepted by the parent after payment of the fee by or on behalf of the parent.


2.3

These are the terms and conditions on which we provide you Little Kickers courses. No variation or addition to the terms and conditions will be amended without the written consent of Little Kickers and the parent.


2.4

In the unlikely event that a customer does not comply with these terms and conditions, a customer may be asked to discontinue business with Little Kickers. In this case, Little Kickers will have no obligation to reimburse the outstanding lessons.


2.5

The parent agrees to keep the content of the Little Kickers course and the Little Kickers training program confidential and not to copy or use any aspect of the Little Kickers program directly or indirectly. The parent and / or manager agrees not to manage, operate or assist, directly or indirectly, the organization of a business competing with Little Kickers as long as the student is a member of Little Kickers for a period of time. two years.

4. Registration Payment & Cancellation


4.1 Enroll in a class


4.1.1

You can make a class reservation by phone with your local provider or online www.littlekickers.ch


4.1.2

You must provide us with specific personal information in order to book a course with us. For more details on the information we collect, please see our data privacy policy under the privacy policy section.


4.1.3

During the booking process you will be asked to read and agree to our terms and conditions which include our session rules. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing what you have booked, information about your class time and location, and other program information.

 

4.1.4

All class times are correct at time of posting. If your class time / location changes we will contact you.

 

4.1.5

All our prices include VAT.


4.2 payment 


4.2.1

Lessons are prepaid monthly and must be paid in full before the start of the course by the student. Your initial payment will include your first month of class plus membership fees. Subsequent monthly payments will be taken automatically on the same date as your first class (i.e. if your class started on the 9th of the month, then it will become your future monthly bill date). Your monthly fees will be based on your current class fees, less any credits that appear in your account, for example: canceled course credits.

 

4.2.2

You hereby authorize Little Kickers to accept automatic monthly payments on the basis described in paragraph 4.2.1 above ("Continuing Payment Authority") until you give 30 days written notice to cancel such authorization. .

 

4.2.3

It is your responsibility to ensure that your account contains sufficient funds and that the registered card is valid. If an automatic payment has failed, you will be notified and manual payment to your local Little Kickers provider will be required to maintain your space in the classroom. You will be responsible for any charges or penalties that Little Kickers incurs as a result of a failed payment.

 

 


4.2.5

If classes are canceled due to force majeure (disruptions resulting from extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, etc.) strikes, terrorist activities or when local authorities recommend that classes be temporarily suspended for health reasons. No refund or credit will be given.



4.2.8

When paying online, we will accept:
Visa Credit,  Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit,  MasterCard Debit, Visa Electron, JCB.

4.2.9

Little Kickers Switzerland Sarl is responsible for taking all payments.



5. Cancellation by Little Kickers

5.1

Little Kickers may cancel this contract at any time before the student begins the course for any reason. Little Kickers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from this cancellation.

 

5.2

If a class is canceled by Little Kickers, we will offer you a credit for the value of the canceled class to add to your account, which will be deducted from your next automatic payment.

 

5.4

If the number of children registered in your class is insufficient, we reserve the right to cancel the class. In this case, we will offer you an alternative course or a refund will be given for the remaining sessions after cancellation. 

 

5.5

The parent understands that the sessions must be used consecutively. No credit or refund will be issued for missed sessions (see Clause 6.1)


6. Presence 


6.1

Payment for your lesson means that a place has been reserved just for you and if you miss a lesson for any reason, we will not be able to refund you. 

 

 

7. Cancellation by the parent 

 

7.1

For new parents, our customer guarantee is that you will love the Little Kickers program. 


7.2

Existing customers who wish to cancel their can do so by notifying their local supplier in writing and notifying it 1 month (30 days) in advance. Little Kickers will confirm the customer's last lesson date when the notification is received. 

 

 

8. Responsibility of parents 

8.1

The parent guarantees and represents this;

8.1.1

The information given in the registration form is correct. The parent will immediately notify Little Kickers of any change in this information.

8.1.2

The parent is allowed to bring the student's siblings to the premises as long as they are not involved in the lesson. The brother or sister is the responsibility of the parent or accompanying adult at all times. If the sibling needs attention that forces the parent to leave, the student should accompany the parent and should not be left alone with the coach.


8.2. Rules of sessions;

8.2.1

For health and safety reasons, please supervise your child around the field before the start of your session.

 

8.2.2

Remember, you are the responsible adult for your child when they attend a Little Kickers session. Responsible adults should remain within sight and reach of their child at all times.

 

8.2.3

We ask parents NOT to take photos or videos during Little Kickers sessions. Although our coaches do their best to completely prohibit the use of photographic / film or video material by parents during lessons, due to the nature of their work and the concentration required we cannot guarantee this, your cooperation in this regard will be appreciated. From time to time Little Kickers may organize classroom photo ops, but only with the agreement of all parents.

9. General 


9.1

Little Kickers accepts documents sent by email, any notice by either party to the other must be sent in writing. 

 

9.2

The parent acknowledges, has read and understood the Little Kickers Data Privacy Policy available here.

 

9.3

No one else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and Little Kickers. No other person has the right to apply any of its conditions.

 

9.4

If you miss a payment and we do not sue you, but continue to provide the service, we may still ask you to make the payment at a later date. 

 

9.5

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions at any time.

9.6

Any dispute relating to this contract is submitted to the Courts of Sion. Swiss law is applicable.
